Wakalah bi al-Istitsmar dalam Mekanisme Penghimpunan Dana di Lembaga Keuangan Syariah

This study is intended to examine the fatwa of National Sharia Council Indonesian Ulema (DSN-MUI) regarding Fundraising under Wakalah bi al-Istismar Agreement which provides greater opportunities for Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia raising and managing capital. uses a document approach by using DSN-MUI Number 152 2022 as main source, analyzed qualitative approach. shows that has provided additional options savings deposit products institutions, namely wakalah al-istismar. Thus, level customer needs priority through addition various alternative contracts, expected be able attract many customers, especially fundraising mechanism banking. It's just use contract does not apply all products, but only certain have been determined.
